Keith Williams Insurance Associates has an opportunity for an Experienced Property & Casualty Account Manager.

The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management of commercial accounts, retention of new and renewal clients, and maintaining a partnership with the producer to support business development activities while upholding high service standards. These duties include but are not limited to:

· Maintain relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.

· Cross selling products to potential customers

· Manage established book of accounts

· Negotiate renewals for existing customers

· Obtain information and documentation from new and existing clients

· Resolve customer issues courteously and accurately

· Timely, effectively and accurately record all activity in agency management system

This position requires the ability to laser focus on details, requiring analytical skills as well as the ability to be sociable and part of a team. Candidate must be well organized and have the ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion. An ideal candidate would function well with a repetitive and set line of responsibility, but would be someone who is creative in finding ways to better serve our clients and the marketplace as a whole. Our industry requires a lot of documentation so it’s essential all information entered is complete and correct.

Requirements: Current and up to date Property & Casualty License. Two prior years of commercial insurance experience required.
